HR Employee (24-32 hours)

What are you going to do?

As an HR Officer, you are the point of contact for all personnel matters. You provide dedicated and professional support to employees and managers. You combine administrative accuracy with a people-oriented approach and contribute to strengthening the culture and continuity of the organization.

Your areas of focus are:

Personnel administration: including managing personnel files; recording agreements made, salary changes, and other HR documents.
Leave: registering leave; processing special leave applications (including maternity leave, parental leave, care leave).
Sickness absence: absence registration; coordinating reintegration activities with employees, managers, and occupational health service.
Recruitment and selection: drafting vacancies, coordinating application procedures, and supporting recruitment activities.
Onboarding and offboarding of employees: you guide these procedures from start to finish.
HR policy and procedures: supporting and advising management on implementation and enforcement so that the organization complies
laws and regulations (including RI&E)
