What are you going to do?

As a Machinist Assistant, you ensure that the wood for the production machines is delivered, and you help your colleagues with
setting up the machine and changing tools. Together you ensure a beautiful end product that is ready for the
the customer is leaving. Your tasks include the following:

Woodworking (including sawing, planing, and cutting)
You keep your workplace neat and tidy.
You acquire sufficient knowledge of the machines, wood, and woodworking.
In addition, you are also involved in various other activities in the machine shop or yard.

can drive a forklift truck well and safely
can work well in a team

What do we offer?

Permanent position (full-time)
Internal training in wood knowledge
Forklift driver training
Market-based salary and secondary employment conditions
(according to the collective labor agreement for the timber trade)
