L&#039;exigence est exprim\u00e9e en temps minimum, en minutes, n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un incendie pour se d\u00e9placer vers un autre compartiment coupe-feu. Cette expansion peut avoir lieu via la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du feu et\/ou sa propagation. En prenant les bonnes dispositions, une fa\u00e7ade peut r\u00e9pondre aux exigences. L&#039;exigence de base pour le rev\u00eatement de fa\u00e7ade est la classe d&#039;incendie D, dans certaines situations telles que les b\u00e2timents publics, les b\u00e2timents de plus de 13 m\u00e8tres et les issues de secours, la classe d&#039;incendie B est une exigence. Le d\u00e9cret sur la construction fait une distinction entre les nouvelles constructions et les constructions existantes. La classe de feu d&#039;une fa\u00e7ade est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle elle prend feu et \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle l&#039;incendie se d\u00e9veloppe. Lors de la d\u00e9termination de la classe de feu d&#039;une construction de fa\u00e7ade, il faut prendre en compte l&#039;ensemble de la structure dans l&#039;application finale (END-USE). Ainsi le rev\u00eatement de fa\u00e7ade, la structure porteuse et le mat\u00e9riau isolant. Un exemple de construction de fa\u00e7ade dans une application finale est le syst\u00e8me de fa\u00e7ade Forestlines\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la combinaison de plusieurs mat\u00e9riaux, dont chacun r\u00e9pond individuellement \u00e0 la classe de feu D, B ou A, par exemple, la construction composite peut ne pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la classe de feu B. La raison en est que le comportement au feu des diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux peut s&#039;influencer mutuellement n\u00e9gativement. Il est donc important que les mat\u00e9riaux de classe de feu B ou A aient \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s dans l&#039;application (UTILISATION FINALE). Pour d\u00e9terminer les exigences auxquelles la fa\u00e7ade doit r\u00e9pondre, un plan \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rentes situations.
