Holz ein vorhersehbares Brennverhalten aufweist. Allerdings muss man Ausgangswerte haben und dann auch wissen, welcher Parameter welchen (negativen) Einfluss hat. Durch die Integration in die Seiten ist dies minimal sichtbar und Sie haben eine <strong>identische Brandverhaltensklasse auf Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite. <\/strong>Denn es ist mittlerweile mindestens genauso plausibel, dass der Brand im Inneren beginnt (Elektroautos etc.) wie im \u00c4u\u00dferen.<\/p>\n<p>Die nicht brennbaren Streifen sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass in diesem Beispiel mindestens 20%\u00a0<strong>weniger brennbare Oberfl\u00e4che<\/strong> ist anwesend. Gleichzeitig wurden Positionierung und Breite so berechnet, dass\u00a0<strong>eine optimale Feuerbarriere<\/strong> Form und es wird f\u00fcr die Flamme sehr schwierig sein, sich nach hinten auszubreiten. Die brennbare Oberfl\u00e4che der Lamellen halbiert sich dadurch etwa von 80% auf 40%. Eine solche Verringerung der brennbaren Oberfl\u00e4che hat offensichtlich auch starke Auswirkungen auf FIGRA und THR. Das Feuer kann daher nicht auf die andere Seite \u00fcbergreifen.<\/p>\n<p>Das intelligente Aluminium-Strangpressprofil wird es schaffen\u00a0<strong>leitet die Hitze optimal von der Flamme weg.\u00a0<\/strong>Wenn die Flamme nicht direkt auf dem Profil vorhanden ist, kann das Aluminium auch W\u00e4rme abgeben, d. h.; K\u00fchlung.<\/p>\n<p>Das Profil ist au\u00dferdem voller kleiner Details, die eine gro\u00dfe Wirkung haben. Hier einige Beispiele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Profil ist tiefer <strong>&#039;Haken&#039;<\/strong> die einerseits eine tiefere Brandbarriere gegen das tiefere Abbrennen bestimmter Holzarten bilden.<br \/>\nGleichzeitig verleihen diese tieferen Haken dem Profil eine optimale Festigkeit und verhindern eine Verformung bei Erw\u00e4rmung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Der <strong>Abstandshalter<\/strong>\u00a0oder Unebenheiten auf der R\u00fcckseite sehen unschuldig aus, haben aber viele Funktionen.<br \/>\nSie haben die Aufgabe, einen minimalen Kontakt zwischen nicht brennbarem Profil und brennbarer Lamelle zu gew\u00e4hrleisten (minimale W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung).<br \/>\nDar\u00fcber hinaus sorgen sie daf\u00fcr, dass das Profil bei der Montage sch\u00f6n gerade bleibt, keine Staun\u00e4sse entsteht und vieles mehr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Es <strong>Wendel<\/strong> zentral sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Schrauben nicht zu \u201etanzen\u201c beginnen und somit immer an der richtigen Stelle montiert sind. Aufgrund dieser Spirale verl\u00e4uft die minimale Spannweite des Aluminiums haupts\u00e4chlich nach hinten. Es gibt auch einige Details, aber wir werden sie nat\u00fcrlich nicht alle direkt erkl\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Erste Tests haben gezeigt, dass die Theorie der Realit\u00e4t
