Ved at integrere dem i siderne er dette minimalt synligt, og du har en <strong>identisk brandreaktionsklasse foran og bagp\u00e5. <\/strong>Nu om dage er det mindst lige s\u00e5 plausibelt, at branden starter indvendigt (elbiler osv.) som udvendigt.<\/p>\n<p>De ikke-br\u00e6ndbare strimler sikrer, at der i dette eksempel er mindst 20%\u00a0<strong>mindre brandfarlig overflade<\/strong> er til stede. Samtidig beregnes positionering og bredde p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan m\u00e5de, at de\u00a0<strong>en optimal brandbarriere<\/strong> former, og flammen vil have store vanskeligheder med at sprede sig bagud. Dette halverer finnernes brandbare overfladeareal, cirka fra 80% til 40%. En s\u00e5dan reduktion i det brandbare overfladeareal har naturligvis ogs\u00e5 en betydelig indflydelse p\u00e5 FIGRA og THR. Derfor vil ilden ikke sprede sig til den anden side.<\/p>\n<p>Den intelligente aluminiumekstruderingsprofil vil\u00a0<strong>optimalt afgive flammens varme.\u00a0<\/strong>Hvor flammen ikke er direkte p\u00e5 profilen, vil aluminiumet ogs\u00e5 kunne afgive varme eller med andre ord k\u00f8le ned.<\/p>\n<p>Profilen er ogs\u00e5 fuld af flere sm\u00e5 detaljer, der har stor indflydelse, her er nogle eksempler:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profilen har dybere <strong>\u2018h\u00e6kling\u2019<\/strong> som p\u00e5 den ene side danner en dybere brandbarriere mod dybere afbr\u00e6nding af visse tr\u00e6sorter.<br \/>\nSamtidig vil disse dybere kroge give profilen optimal styrke og have en stor effekt mod deformation ved opvarmning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>De <strong>afstandsstykker<\/strong>\u00a0eller buler p\u00e5 ryggen ser harml\u00f8se ud, men har mange funktioner.<br \/>\nDeres funktion er at sikre minimal kontakt mellem den ikke-br\u00e6ndbare profil og den br\u00e6ndbare lamelle (minimal varmeoverf\u00f8rsel).<br \/>\nDerudover s\u00f8rger de for, at profilen forbliver lige under monteringen, at der ikke er stillest\u00e5ende fugt og meget mere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Det <strong>skruelinje<\/strong> Den centrale placering forhindrer skruerne i at &quot;danse&quot; og sikrer, at de altid er monteret i den korrekte position. Denne spiral sikrer, at aluminiumets minimale udh\u00e6ng prim\u00e6rt er bagud.
